Q: Where is Picnique located?
A: Picnique315 is located in 'the 315' (New Hartford, NY) and can setup your Picnique anywhere within 10 miles without any extra charge to you.
(A travel fee for any Picnique beyond 10 miles outside of 13413 will be included).

Q:Where can I have a Picnique Luxury Picnic?

A: Just about anywhere! As long as supplies can be easily (and legally) setup in your location, Picnique315 will make it happen. Some options include state and public parks, your favorite lake, meadow, streamside, or even your own back yard, deck, or living room make great locations! Some suggestions in the 315 include The Path at Sunset Hill, Sherrill Brook Park, Proctor Park, Delta Lake, Stone Quarry Hill Art Park, or Griffiss International Sculpture Garden. Indoor vendor suggestions given upon request. 

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A:  Of course! You are welcome to bring your own food to your Picnique! We are also happy to assist you in finding vendors to provide your ideal Picnique foods.

Q: What are Add-Ons?
A: 
Add-On’s can be purchased to enhance any of your Picnique315 packages. They include Charcuterie boxes, dessert towers, deluxe chocolate-covered strawberries, fresh flowers,12x12 Bubble Tent, Lace Teepee, boho Tree Canopy, Deluxe Decorated Table Arch, Boho rattan guest of honor cushioned swivel chair, various games, a custom S’more’s box with a S'more's maker. Q: What about alcohol?
A: We do not provide alcohol for any of our Picnique experiences. You are SOLELY responsible for knowing and understanding all state and local ordinances and laws regarding alcohol consumption at your site. We can happily provide stemware, corkscrew and/or ice buckets for your needs.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: CNY weather is unpredictable and we always do our best to accommodate. Your enjoyment and safety is our number one priority. Picnique315 will notify you of any cancellations due to inclement weather, at our sole discretion. We will move your event inside if you have an available location or reschedule within three months of the original event date.  

Q: What if I need to reschedule for personal reasons?
A: We offer a one-time rescheduling option with 72 hours advance
notice. Your event can be rescheduled within 3 months of the original event date. Picnique315 does not offer refunds of any Picnique packages or services once payment is received. If you purchased an add-on from one of our vendors (Charcuterie, Custom Cake, Deluxe Chocolate Covered Treats, Flowers, etc) you are still responsible for taking possession of those special orders on the original date of your Picnique if they are not canceled within 72 hours prior to your event; they are custom made for your event, perishable, and cannot be returned.  


Q: What happens after I request to book with Picnique315?
A: Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your request. Once your booking request has been approved you will receive an email with all details for your Picnique. You will have 24 hours to pay your deposit to hold your requested Picnique date and time. If your deposit is not paid your date will be released for booking.

Q: How do I pay for my Picnique315?

We prefer payments to be made through Venmo or Paypal (include 4% fee for Paypal). Cash or checks are also accepted as advanced payments. Your Picnique must be paid in full, 30 days prior to your event date. Picnique315 reserves the right to cancel your event if payment in full is not received 30 days before your event date.
 
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve the date and time of your Picnique. If you need to change the date of your scheduled Picnique we will allow one reschedule request. All requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. Your rescheduled Picnique must be fulfilled within three months of your original date and cannot carry over into the next calendar year.

Q: What safety measures does Picnique315 take to reduce the spread of Covid19 and other illnesses?
A: Your safety is our number one priority. The entire team at Picnique315 is fully vaccinated & boosted against Covid19. Masks are worn during setup and takedown of your Picnique. All items are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.



Q: What is included in the Playful Picnique Sleepover Package?
A: The Playful Picnique includes a tent, mattress, bedding, decorative pillows, breakfast tray, lantern, custom message board, and coordinating decor for 4 party guests. Delivery (10 miles from 13413, each way, is included), setup, staging, styling, and breakdown of all of the above-listed items are included. Additional tents may be ordered.

Q: How long does it take to set up and break down a Playful Picnique Sleepover?
A: The Picnique315 team needs about 60-90 minutes to set up and style a party of 4 and about 45-60 minutes to break down.

Q: How much space do the tents require?
A: Each tent requires a footprint of about 4’W x 8'L. Please measure your space to be sure you can fit your desired number of tents!

Q: Does my room need to be empty prior to party setup?
A: The Picnique315 team would like a large, clear area for setup. This can often be achieved by simply moving furniture a few inches one way or another. Tents can be configured in several ways to allow various spaces to accommodate a party.

Q: Can the tents be set up outside?
A: Picnique315's handcrafted tents are designed and intended for indoor use only.

Q: How is the bedding cleaned?
A: All bedding including, waterproof mattress protectors, sheets, and blankets are laundered after each use. Tent canopies and decorative pillows are spot cleaned and disinfected after each use. Breakfast trays, lanterns, and other accessories are disinfected after each use.

Q: Are there any terms and conditions to be aware of for the Playful Picnique?
A: We kindly ask that the following be kept in mind:
1. Decorative pillows should not be used to sleep on but rather placed to the side at night.
2. Avoid eating or drinking in tents.
3. Avoid messy crafting activities in the tents.
4. We love our fur friends but they can damage mattresses and decor, as well as cause allergy concerns for future party guests. Please avoid pets in tents.
